3. If you like a base and want it customized, comment and I'll see what I can do. If the entry is a few entries old, you might want to comment on the latest entry and refer back to the older one to make sure I see it. If you feel you *must* customize the base yourself, you must credit me for the base.
4. Every so often I'll make an entry stating a period in which I will accept requests, probably a week or two. Comment on those entries only, and only within the dates noted, to make requests.
